- Sensitive information is monitored so as to obtain complete log of modifications going back several years.
- Cookie files inside the payroll software before implementation of QJRN/400 are recovered and complete the information already available.
- QJRN/400 found out the explanation to an operating problem (certain concurrent diagrams were doubled). It had been blamed on the payroll manager; it finally proved to be due to an outside service provider.
- Unusual user actions were discovered (modification of tax shares, date of birth modification to start retirement plans earlier…).
Other utilization
- Modifications in price list conditions were discovered.
- Credit limit management is monitored in real-time.
- The context of unusual operations is known precisely .
